We’ll issue a full product refund upon receiving the returned item. Please note, refunds exclude postage costs. We cannot refund incorrect product choices. However, we can exchange unopened products; return shipping costs are your responsibility, and additional shipping fees apply for the exchanged item.

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.90 anywhere in Australia.
Free Shipping: On orders over $100.

Orders are processed within 3 working days. Australia Post typically delivers within 2-5 working days. For their standard delivery timetable, visit Australia Post.

Your parcel will be dispatched from Brisbane, QLD. We’ll provide an Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Express Post Shipping is available. Please note, this service is not available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or public holidays. Orders must be placed by 9AM Brisbane time for same-day dispatch.

We also offer international shipping; contact us for more information.

Items returned due to failure to collect from the post office will incur return postage fees and additional fees for resending.
